Signature Joinery & Carpentry is a York-based joinery business covering everything from loft conversions and bespoke kitchens to full house renovations and garden rooms. Work like this sells on trust and craftsmanship, so the brief was a site that could show off the range and quality of the work clearly enough that a visitor could picture their own project, and make it easy to ask for a quote on the specific service they need rather than filling in one generic contact form.
A joinery business like this doesn't do one thing, it does six or seven distinct services, each with a different customer and a different set of questions. Cramming all of that onto one page risks burying the service a visitor actually came for; splitting it into six sparse pages risks looking thin. The site needed a structure that could hold real depth per service without turning into a maze to click through.

Each service is broken into short bullet points, for example dormer conversions, new floor structures and second-fix joinery under Loft Conversions, so a visitor can self-qualify in seconds.
A visual-first layout built for photography
Structured so finished kitchens, staircases and loft conversions can carry the credibility, since trade work like this sells on what it looks like far more than what it says.
Fast, mobile-first brochure build
Most enquiries for trade work start on a phone mid-search, so the whole site is built to load quickly and read cleanly on a small screen first.

The site now gives Signature Joinery six distinct, specific routes into a quote request instead of one catch-all form, letting a visitor go straight from “I want a loft conversion” to a quote request built around that exact service, with the relevant feature list already answering the questions they'd otherwise have to ask.
