Our E-Commerce package (£149/mo plus VAT, on a 2 year minimum term) is built for businesses that need to sell online.

On our One Page and Brochure plans, you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice, no exit fees and no awkward conversation required. E-Commerce plans have a 2 year minimum term due to the build investment involved, and can be cancelled once that term is complete. Your content always belongs to you.

We can, as an add-on service. Plenty of clients arrive with copy already written, and we're happy to work with that. If you'd rather we write it for you, our team can put together clear, persuasive copy for every page based on a short questionnaire and a call, priced separately from your build.

Yes. Every site is built on WordPress, one of the easiest platforms to manage without technical knowledge. Once your site launches, we run through a short training session so you're comfortable editing text, swapping images and adding simple content, and you'll have a login of your own from day one.

Yes. Every website we build has the technical SEO foundations done properly from the start: fast load times, clean code, structured headings, mobile optimisation and search-friendly URLs. Every build includes a free support period straight after launch to fix any snags and make small adjustments as you settle in. After that, ongoing changes are covered by your monthly plan's support allowance or, for more regular updates, one of our website care plans.

Yes. Hosting, core updates and basic support are already built into every monthly plan. If you want a higher level of care, faster response times or a bigger monthly edits allowance, our care plans cover that too, and we also take over care for sites we didn't originally build.
