A few common questions
What if my site wasn't built by you?
That's absolutely fine. We regularly take over care for WordPress websites built elsewhere. We'll start with a short audit to understand how the site is set up, flag anything that needs urgent attention, then bring it onto a suitable care plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, our enhanced care plans run monthly with no long lock-in contract. Give us notice and we'll wind things down cleanly, with no exit fees.
What counts as a "minor edit"?
Things like updating text, swapping an image, adding a new team member or tweaking an opening hours listing. Larger jobs, like new pages, redesign work or added functionality, are quoted separately, and we'll always tell you upfront if something falls outside the allowance.
